‘Chalepa Court 1’ is a five storey building located in the historical area of Chalepa, close to Chania city centre consists of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments with views to the mountains and sea. Architects design was such to provide comfort and efficiency using high standard materials. The project completed in 2004 from Artec Homes.

This development of 8 homes on the outskirts of Chania was completed in 2005. The houses were designed to provide privacy and individuality and proved so popular that all were sold before the project was finished.
