‘Chalepa Court 1’ is a five storey building located in the historical area of Chalepa, close to Chania city centre consists of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments with views to the mountains and sea. Architects design was such to provide comfort and efficiency using high standard materials. The project completed in 2004 from Artec Homes.

A 200 year old building located at the Old Town of Chania ( LOCATION) transformed as the sales office for Artec Homes. Designed in order to keep all traditional features and at the same time fulfill the needs of a functional office.

Dit project van 8 vrijstaande villa’s aan de rand van de stad Chania werd voltooid in 2005. De villa’s werden zo ontworpen dat ze ruimschoots in de behoefte aan privacy en individualiteit zouden kunnen voorzien, en bleken zo populair dat allen werden verkocht.

Dit appartementencomplex (4 verdiepingen) werd voltooid in 2006. Deze stijlvolle en eigentijdse accommodatie is gelegen in een rustig woongebied dicht bij het centrum van de stad Chania. Het complex is zo ontworpen dat ze ruimschoots in de behoefte aan optimaal licht en ruimte voldoen, en is gebouwd op sterke funderingen, met de nadruk op veiligheid.
