We bought an apartment in Crete, through ARTEC, in July 2006 and we do not know how we would have done it without their help. The owner of the apartment was a Greek man, who only spoke Greek, and Despina Krassadaki Buchter from ARTEC helped us a lot with translating the conversations. She also helped in finding people to do some small jobs in the apartment for us.
